Yes we need this for remote learning. We also need text to speech in order to create lessons younger students can access independently.

When working remote it would be great to have a simple chat feature.

Yes great idea! Would save them having to go over to Google Meet tab or similar

Have a chat section where students can contribute answers to your questions or when working on an activity can comment on the chat to indicate to the teacher they need support with a particular question
