Disable the overlay when using the chromium browser
When using the chromium browser it would be nice for the ink to write directly on the page instead of having the overlay

You can disable the overlay layer by going into Settings> Annotation and toggling the Enable annotation layers option.
Within that Setting, you can also disable the annotation layer for specific apps.
