    We have been voicing complaints about this specific unwanted functionality and requesting a fix for this for as long as I can remember. Why is Lumio so unresponsive to the needs and requests of teachers who use their platform everyday? Is it because SMART is already paid by the school districts, and therefore have no need to make improvements or respond to user requests when their business is already secure?
