Display usage Time in hours/minutes
Most commercial Displays and Projectors keep a usage/hour counter. This is vital for asset management and return on investment metrics.
I.e. for establishing how often the screen is actually utilised by end users.
Can we please access this feature from the remote management

As a modular appliance in the OPS slot, the iQ system doesn’t have integration at the level required to do this type of reporting.
This will be considered on future panels that integrate SMART iQ and the display scaler.

I absolutely agree with "anonym". My team is administering more than 80 smartboards. Checking the total usage time (not only the usage time since the last power-on, but the overall usage time) could help us a lot with asset management.
Smartboards have a limited lifespan. Knowing the overall usage time would help us determine when a smartboard is reaching the end of its useful life.
Two smartboards might be the same age but have completely different usage times. Knowing the total operating hours would help us make better decisions about maintenance, replacements, and future investments.
It would also help us plan preventive maintenance instead of waiting for a device to fail.
