Text to speech option
Text to speech option - currently when you are a student, there is no way to highlight text in a handout or presentation so that a text to speech reader can read it for you. It doesn't have to be a built in feature, but you do need to be able to highlight text.

Good news. You can now have different Lumio lessons open in different tabs or on different devices.

Insert equation should be inserted where the cursor is, not the top left.
The new equation editor is fantastic, the best I have worked with, but it is irritating on a big page that I need to scroll up to the top to grab it and move it to where I want it. I would be so much nicer if it worked how every other one has worked where it is inserted where the cursor is when I ask it to insert equation.

Copy / Paste to blank SLS Online presentation?
One of the strengths of using Notebook Software on a SmartBoard was being able to copy/paste from anywhere into a slide. Possible soon with a blank Smart Learning Suite file?

Thanks for your feedback. I’m happy to report that you can now copy and paste text and images from page to page and also from other applications using keyboard shortcuts (ctrl-c and ctrl-v) in edit mode.

There needs to be a way to "unconvert" an activity so it can be edited.
I have converted several lessons but need to go back and fix problems. There doesn't seem to be a way to "unconvert" an activity so it can be edited.

We added the ability to unconvert Handout and Workspace activities so they can be edited.

Google Classroom integration.
If students could get a link in their google classroom to join the lesson so the teacher can attach a grade to it at a later time after reviewing the work submitted on an activity.

Hold CTRL while dragging the mouse to multi-select.

To import and combine, select "Import resource" from the Add page dialog. Files can be from your Lumio library, a shared library, or uploaded. You can opt to import all pages or some pages. Pages are inserted after the currently highlighted page.

Pear Deck allows you to add audio to individual slides. I would like SLS to do this as well.

turn a page using arrow so we can record without clicking
We need to be able to go to the next page using the keyboard arrow, and not the arrows on the screen. With Distance Learning, teachers are recording lessons using Screencastify. Unfortunately, the recording tool opens over the arrow buttons on Learning Suite, and neither can be moved. It's impossible to turn the page while recording.

Is it possible to have interactive icons that can be dragged and dropped? For example, a token with a letter that can be dragged to a column (vowel/consonant)? In addition to the pen, eraser icons, there could be shapes, symbols?

We have added stickers, shapes, and images that you can drag and drop from the media panel. We have also ready-made resources that demand how drag and drop can be used to create manipulatives.

Using my google drive add a home button when editing a lesson.
Currently, when you are in google drive and add a lesson, I need to be able to go back to home and get my other lessons.

This is possible now. When in a Lumio file, add new page will give you the option to import additional PDF/PowerPoint/Slides/Notebook documents.

I would like to be able to copy sides, picutres and texts using shortcut keys or get a menu when using right click command.

Add the math notebook tools to learning suite online.
Incorporate the math notebook tools in learning online like the graphing an equation, using the equation editor, the linked table and graph. These could be activities for example ask students to explore the relationship between the equation for a parabola and the coordinates for its vertex to discover the vertex formula for a parabola.

You can now make a copy of your lessons to deliver to a different class. Note that the copy will not copy over any of the student data captured in activities.

Import multiple files or blank slides
Right now we can only import one PDF or slide show, so everything you need for the activity must be in that slide show. I'd like the ability to add a file, and other slides or files as needed to build a complete lesson. It would also be helpful to be able to merge activities or copy and paste slides as you can in Notebook.
