Expand the Shared Library.

Adding more than one folder in the Shared Library...why just one?

Editors in Shared Libraries should be able to create multiple folders. One thing to check is if you are an editor in the Shared Library. If your role is a viewer, then you cannot create new folders. You can ask the owner of the Shared Library to make you an editor.
