TIMER & sound recordings used in Notebook don't show up in Lumio; necessary features for online learning alongside spinners & dice

Sound recordings from Notebook will now show up in Lumio and can be played. Widgets like timer, spinners, and dice are also now available in the Lumio beta program. Note that they are not the same as the widgets from Notebook. You can access them from the gallery panel in delivery mode.
