Co-Teacher/Multiple Teachers
We desperately need the option to add another teacher to a class. I teach with another teacher, with the younger grades, and it's difficult for them to have to log out of one class, to log into another class. Try explaining that to a 5 year old remotely... Also when we (Teachers) have a different class code, any slides we make we have to remember to share the link with the other teacher, but then if one of us updates the slide, the change will not reflect in the other teachers account. We need to be able to collaborate. We hate sharing passwords and logins but seems the only way to make it work seamlessly right now is if I use the other teachers account or she uses mine. In google classroom your able to add other teachers, why not here?

Thanks for your feedback. We are working on making co-teaching with Lumio better.

There are inclusion classrooms where two teachers are in the room at all times. It would be great if BOTH teachers could access the students' work at the same time. My co-teacher has her students set up and I cannot see their work, only she can.

I'd like the ability to add a co-teacher so that two teachers can access the same class without having to share passwords.

Can you add a feature so that I can add a 2nd teacher to the lesson? I have an apprentice teacher and I'd like them to be able to see student work and track student progress.

I would love if you could allow multiple teachers into the same lesson. This would allow SPED teachers that work with students in the class.

It would be helpful to be able to add another teacher to a class on SMART Suite.

Yes!!! I really need this due to the fact I have a few push in teachers who would like to follow along and support their students as they work!!!

It would nice if as a student-teacher I could follow along with the lessons during class. Before moving to SLSO we were using google slides and I was able to monitor student progress on each slide. This allowed me to ask questions, take notes on leveling, etc. I hope this is possible because we love SLSO just wish I could participate.

This year, I have a student teacher and the only way she can access the student work is in a workspace. I would love to give her the option to look at student work in real time when they are working on individual slides. This way she will be able to assist student that need additional help. She will also be able to monitor student work while we are virtual.

Co-teachers should be able to share an ID. I would like my co-teacher to have access to being able to write on the slides without being in collaborative workspace mode. If we are teaching from home, this would be a lot easier to share one notebook lesson as our students are watching. As of now, I can only have my co-teacher on as a student, which is not ideal.

LOVE that I am able to work with students remotely in real time while they are working on an individual handout for practice. I can catch mistakes right when they are occurring (almost like the student is with me!) I can annotate on their handout to give immediate and specific feedback. My issue is that I am having trouble getting more students. I have a special education co-teacher with me but only one teacher is allowed to access the class with the Google sign in. Even if I sign into another device for her to work with a student, she cannot access another student while I am working with a different student....
This would be a TREMENDOUS help for student learning! -

Yes! I need this feature, too. My special ed teacher cannot see student work when we are live in a lesson - only I can see the work. I need her to be able to help certain students during a lesson and access individual/collaborative student work activities while they are actively working on it.

If teacher s are co-teaching allow them both to be able to see the work and assist students in small groups at the same time. From what I see only one teacher can open assignments and assist students on their actual page of work.

I agree! With everyone teaching remotely in our area, and in many areas across the globe, we need to be able to add a co-teacher to assist our students in SLS.

I would like to be able to add an instructional aide and/or translator as a co-teacher to be able to present the lesson together. There could be a "lead" teacher who moves the presentation, but the other teachers would be able to see all of the teacher content as well.

As an ELL teaching pushing into classrooms, I need access to see student's progress on their work. Having the ability to have more than one teacher would be so helpful!

I have done this by sharing my credentials. The screen refreshes every time a teacher logs in using my credentials but once logged in, teachers can comment on different student work. I do feel that there needs to be a feature where other support teachers can log in with their own credentials as well. Mainly for privacy.

I strongly agree with the above idea. Special Education and General Education teachers work closely on student instruction. Allowing two teachers on the same account increases instructional engagement and flexibility in a co-teaching situation.
