When I freeze the screen, my students are able to go up to the SMART Board and unfreeze by simply pressing the pause/play button on screen. Is there a way to disable this function in the software? I have disabled the convenience panel buttons, but that doesn't help when there is an ability to unfreeze by pushing play/pause button on the screen.
