I'm having an issue where external keyboards used with SMART boards don't support the Nordic layout. They always default to the English layout, which is problematic since our teachers have keyboards with the Nordic layout.

The reason our teachers need to be able to use the Nordic layout is because they must input their credentials into Lumio and other education apps without using the on-screen keyboard. If they were to use the on-screen keyboard, students would able to see their credentials pretty easily.

We have set the language of the system to be Finnish, tried different software, tried multiple keyboards and also tried using every USB port on the machine, but it always uses only the English layout for.

All in all, this is a fairly big cybersecurity problem for us. Would you be able to push an update that adds support for external keyboards? We currenly use mostly MX (V2) SMART boards, but we’d greatly appreciate if support was added to all or most models.
