Didn't work...
Didnt work. The first image came up and stayed for a few seconds. Then disappeared, nothing more happened. I guess these beta versions won't work with Norwegian Windows 10??

Hi Øivind,
Pretty much the same with the German language and Windows 10. To test this beta you have to switch the SMART Notebook® software to English first.
To do that
- click on the SMART product driver icon,
- select SMART settings and
- then language settings.
- Change the language of all applications to English and
- confirm with "ok".After that you will be able to test the beta at least in English.

Would it be possible for you to send me a diagnostic report of your system? This will help us identify the failure and make sure it doesn't affect you for the 17.1 release.To generate a diagnostic file, please run the executable at the following path on your computer:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SMART Technologies\Education Software\EnvironmentDump.exe
(This is the only way, since Notebook can't be started)
It will ask you to save the dump file.
