I can work with you to get this resolved. We specifically tried to maintain this feature, so I am very interested in what your experiencing.

    Hi Katie, have you tried out the Notebook LAB activity Flip Out game? It allows you to create your own memory game. Please let me know if that's what you were thinking about.

    Hi Nancy, I am afraid that is a limitation of the current equation system. I will bring it up with product management, but we will not be able to change it in time for the 17.1 release.

    Welcome to the beta. I am very sorry to hear that it didn't work for you. One of the reasons we have a beta is to tease out potential issues with configurations we don't have easy access to.
    Would it be possible for you to send me a diagnostic report of your system? This will help us identify the failure and make sure it doesn't affect you for the 17.1 release.

    To generate a diagnostic file, please run the executable at the following path on your computer:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\SMART Technologies\Education Software\EnvironmentDump.exe
    (This is the only way, since Notebook can't be started)
    It will ask you to save the dump file.
    Once saved, could you please email it to me at: oliviermireault at smarttech.com
