Equation Editor

The addition of an equation editor will be MUCH appreciated by teachers and students! I look forward to digging into it deeper.

    The equation editor is nice and needed for students to get them ready for what is on PARCC. But the button is too similar to the Equation Pen. Please don't tell me that is going away as that is too valuable. They both need to and can co-exsist but the icons need to be a little more different from each other.

    Here are a couple of my observations after checking out the new Equation Editor. When creating an integral from -2 to 2, for example, the -2 is located too far over to the right making it display a little awkwardly. On a related note, it would be helpful to be able to insert blank spaces where needed like we can do in other equation editors. I tried doing some combination keystrokes to see if I could discover this feature, but it doesn't seem to be available.
