Documentation for configuration of SMART Notebook/Drivers
Although you have detailed documentation for customizing the configuration of SMART Notebook and SMART Drivers before/during deployment (by using SMART Install Manager and/or Windows Installer properties), there is hardly any documentation of configuring the installed product. I'm not talking about configuration via the GUI, but via script/command line/GPO.
There are several possibilities to configure SMART Notebook through configuration files and registry keys, but finding them is cumbersome. It would be great if those options could be documented as well.
Some examples of undocumented configurations (for Windows-based Installations):

Can we get an option to turn the screen capture sound OFF please.
I just want to be able to use the screen capture tool without the sound playing every time.

"Edit group" function in the page sorter
Could you please add back the "edit group" function on the page sorter in Windows? It is so much easier to use. It is so much easier to see what you are doing rather than moving one page at a time. Time is a precious commodity to a teacher.

the possibility of increasing the Compass
You can stretch the Compass to the preset large size. It would be good if the entire tool could be increased (as it allows lynx). The real size of the compass can be seen.

Dual Page Display applied to selected pages
The ability to apply dual page mode to selected pages in the file and not all the pages in the file at the same time.

Set links to jump to another page in the document
Set links to jump to another page in the document
With the new update it's no longer possible to see the name of the page you want to jump to. The icon you get is still so small you can't even guess the content of the page.
Please change this back as quickly as possible, otherwise I'm getting crazy with looking for the corresponding page.

It would be interesting to have a function that allows, when writing a sentence, to separate all lkes words from the sentence automatically.

Link to Tool

Please allow users to change the height of the menu bar.
Ever since V10 Smartnotebook has had a horribly fat menu bar, for no reason I can see. Attached: screenshot of menu bar from V9.7 and a menu bar from v18, with the toolbar items made small enough that it ought to be possible to shrink the height of the menu bar, but one cannot.

Decimal point
Can we please have a proper decimal point? One which sits midway up, not down on the ground. Full-stops look so rubbish when you're typing numbers/maths.

Equation editor in basic version of Notebook
I do not need the full range of resources with a Suite account, but would LOVE to have an equation editor available in the basic version. We love the SmartBoard functionality; we just don't fully use the Lumio and other resources enough to justify the purchase.

Spinner widget no longer working in update. Please fix.
I just updated SM to v. 21.0.2062.0. My old spinner widget that was working yesterday no longer works today. Please fix widgets for new version.

screen capture- choose option before taking screen shot and save choice
Currently, there are too many clicks involved in taking screenshots. Years ago I would choose what to do (ex. send to current page) and I could take tons of pictures in a row without the need to tell SMART to send to the current page EVERY time I took a picture. SMART would just continue to do the same thing until I made a different choice. The choices were listed before you took the picture instead of after and without the unnecessary need to click "do something else" which creates an extra click. Please list them all to save the…

A multi-sided shape that can be filled
It's actually Smart Notebook 21 on a Mac. I would like to be able to draw a multi-sided shape that can be filled like any other polygon shape. It should allow for sides that are not all the same. The current tools are a few pre-determined multi-sided shapes or the regular polygon shapes up to 16 sides.
For example, it would be great if I could draw a kite like shape and fill it or a capital H or L that can be filled.
These are irregular polygons.

Lock all pages in a document at one time
I would like to be able to lock all pages in a file to stop my hand from twisting them and moving them.
