  1. Smart Ink overlay integration with Google Slides

    I would like to be able to do a Smart Ink overlay integration within Google Slides just like it does in PowerPoint.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately this is not possible due to a lack of 'hooks' within Google Slides to accommodate inking like PowerPoint does. Google Slides simply does not allow us to provide this level of functionality.

  2. MX Panels change eraser size

    On the MX Panels, the eraser is only fist or palm. Neither of these options affords the precision to erase a single number after writing an equation etc. I need to use the pen as an eraser or some other idea so the size of the eraser can be significantly more precise.

    Hello, and thank you for your feedback. This, unfortunately, is not something that we can implement on the MX series of panels. 


    Our 6000s line of panels is different technology that allows us to have fine eraser along with a variety of other eraser sizes, however, I can appreciate this doesn't help your current situation.

  4. The screen tool needs to be added to the toolbox!

    The screen tool is no longer accessible when using a Samsung doc cam in full screen. We use it often when projecting a document and don't want the children to see the entire page at once.

  5. Writing in an pdf file

    It tried to write in a pdf file. I opened it in the SMART document viewer (which is my standard programm in school), but I couldn't write. I was able to choose pens and colours in Ink, but I could just use my finger as mouse...

  6. Seeing pen

    I'm always seeing the mini icon of the tool I'm using, also when I'm done writing. So my students cannot always see everything I wrote until I change to the "mouse" symbol...

    This happens when touch is received by Notebook as mouse input. The drivers team has been notified to see if there’s anything that can be done. Thank you for the feedback.

  7. Make the Stamp Pad work in SMART amp workspaces

  8. Highlighter is opaque in Geometer's Sketchpad app

    When you use the highlighter pen in Sketchpad, the ink that comes out is solid and it obscures the content you're trying to highlight.

    Highlighter ink should be transparent so you can see what's underneath it.

    The problem is in Sketchpad, no workaround is possible from our end.
