We’re exploring how to expose result data from all lab activities. Look for us to start work on this next year.

It's great for review, preview, but teachers are required to monitor progress and while these are excellent games, we must go to other apps to collect data from fun activities.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Biddinger commentedCould I add something about "Shout It Out"?
It is one of my least favorite activities because students cannot see the responses - they appear only on the teacher's display. If I want students to share, I'll choose other options where they can see the results on their devices as well as the panel. (I also train teachers, and they say the same thing - they can't see what's on the Shout It Out from where they are sitting.) Thank you for asking & listening. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Biddinger commentedYes! I am so happy to find that when I upload a Google Slide the hyperlinks are now active! This is a giant game changer! I agree with Kathy - active hyperlinks are important in a media rich environment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Biddinger commentedYes, please! This is one of the draw backs for many of our teachers. I promote the Lab activities for practice, but most are not a source of data for monitoring. (And if your district is like our district, we LOVE our monitoring data!)

Thanks for the suggestion. We will consider this as an option to customize the quiz. In our initial test play, the game could end up taking a very long time without removing the already selected options, and we saw some teams become bored as they were waiting for others to finish.
An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Biddinger commentedOh, I hadn't thought of this one, but it makes sense. It would be nice to have that option. Using it would depend on your objective for the lesson.

Thanks for your feedback. We will look into how to support undo and redo for activities such as Handout, Whole-class Whiteboard, and Group Workspace.

Good idea, Candace. We are working on adding interactive randomizers to lessons in SLS Online. A persistent randomizer for student names makes a lot of sense. Perhaps we can do that in the class panel to automatically pick the name of one of the connected students.

Youtube is blocked for K-5 students, so being able to upload our own videos would be a plus. I can make my own MP4 videos - being able to add them would be super cool!
