An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedThe SMART Capture Toolbar is working back in 16.1 - so there is something wrong with the 16.2 beta.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedOh, I just had a thought, what if there were another Monster Quiz theme.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedOn that note, I don't think that it is the theme we should try and fix, I like having a few themes. Yes, a few more would be nice for the older crowd, but I don't want to be overwhelmed with too many options. I would rather have an update in font capabilities. I have learned that phrases don't work as well as one word answers (hard to see). For the younger students on a few of the themes the button pops back to its position and if they lose their grip they have to start over.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedNicely stated SGraham, I was just thinking, there has to be a clear motivating factor why I should use Response2 over Google Forms, I use forms because it is slick and intuitive to the type of assessment that I want to share with my students, and it is easy to evaluate where my instruction needs to go from there.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commented+Mike McGowan listening to your last paragraph, you are exactly right. Thanks for saying something, I spent all year waiting for my district admin to allow my GAFE domain to be changed to allow Amp. I want either more control or as you say, the tools should "just be standard."
An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedThe new "Export Results" feature, now we're talking. It is now functional, credible, user friendly and a sweet layout on .xlsx (that took some scripting, good job)!

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commented+Mike, I see it's what's new, but there is no share button, link, or file menu location to be able to share. Your assumption appears to be correct - that it will be a future part of 16.2.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commented+Rebecca I bet that is why I can't see Ink, I am not connected to my board, therefore I can't pick up a pen and starting writing. I do like the Screen Shade and the Spotlight, but my 680 board wouldn't be able to respond that well to the adjustments needed to move the spotlight around.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commented+Mike McGowan yes, more options would be really nice. I just am thrilled with the actual collaboration feature that is going to rock my classroom.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedThe Monster Quiz ROCKS!!!!!! It takes elements of other gaming apps, and really this is a winner!

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedIt was the best, to have the classlab code stay with the teacher's lesson. I didn't have to retype in the code. That will be a real advantage. You got it to work< Yipee!

Sorry, it was like opening up a Christmas Present and finding what I always wanted! This is going to be AWESOME! Three different options, Which do I choose? The first door is Google, the second Office 365, and the third Microsoft (personal). Thank you for the options! Now to see what I can create. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedIt has been at least 8 years with the colorful icons, (change is good). The modern look is snazzy, crisp and clean, gives the whole interface a different feel and look. I like the world instead of the screen for the browser. I like the response time, when I click on an icon there is immediate response. I like how all the tools and actions are right on the toolbar or properties are viewed instantly.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedI have a couple more thoughts:
1) Is there a way to make it so the code stays active (say over the weekend or even the week). I want to be able to assign similar quizzes as homework. I know counter to the purpose - fast and instant feedback in the class. Just thinking outside of the box for an instant.
2) I really like the pic chart - bar chart toggle switch.
3) I would like to add video to the question portion (instead of just images). It wouldn't work in the answers. For example, based on the following video what did the character decide to do...
4) EXPORT results.
I agree with +Roman's comments below 1-6 seem practical adaptions that need to be addressed. (wishing there was a way to like comments on this forum).
5. I like the screen when the students are taking the assessment, the "progress arrow." Is there a way to create a title screen to go along or on this as a background title? I noticed the info button on the mobile app pulls up the title for students with the description.
6. I wish there was a way to (as in the Response System) decide if it is a self-exam or a question-by-question exam. I noticed that the results aren't tallied until the teacher ends the activity.
7. I really like that SMART is modernizing the assessment part of NB because we are competing with Kahoot, Google Forms, and Quizz. Keep going you are getting a functional tool that is almost there. An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedCouple of things:
1) With all the lists (Classlab.com and LAB) wouldn't it be great to have a "List Builder app?"
2) Is there a way to have the questions be placed in a random order? or even the answers? I like to make sure that the students are not just looking over someones shoulder.
3) Is there a way to have the students log-in to an account? either GAFE or Microsoft? How can I tell who is who? or is that even what I am checking? As a quick review it does allow me to see quickly how the class as a whole is doing, and it allows for anonymity (which is good practice when displaying results in front of the class).
4) How can I export the data from the "Review?"
And the space between the first four digits and the last four digits - I get asked about it every time with students and teachers. Just feedback. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Ronald Fisher commentedEspecially "My Gallery" is that what you are meaning Janine? Yes I agree, it would be rather nifty to be able to not have to upload every image. It would make more sense to have the option of finding it in our own NB gallery's. For instance in Google when I go to insert an image I have the options of 1. uploading content from the computer, 2. taking a snapshot, 3. by URL, 4. via "Your Album," 5. finding it on Google Drive or 6. via Search.
Chris, what if you had a pre-worksheet that they work on before starting?
