  1. Please add the option to force 'SafeSearch' and Youtube 'Restricted Mode' on the built in browser app (both can be done by editing the local /etc/hosts file in the Android system)

  2. Currently, hardware authentication tokens/keys aren't supported. We have some users using Titan Security Keys for multi-factor authentication, so it would be helpful to support USB-A/USB-C keys such as these.

    Good idea. Unfortunately, Titan Security Keys are not compatible with the version of Android that is running on any existing SMART Boards. Google has indicated they do not have plans to support this.


    We'll reevaluate this with our upcoming generation, V5, SMART Boards.

  3. Youtube full screen option not available from Chrome browser if the The version of the browser is 81.0.4044.96 and Operating system is Android 8.0.0 SmartBuild 3.6.9040

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. The engineering team has explored this issue and discovered that there is a hardware limitation that prevents the browser from displaying videos in full screen.
