When a teacher enters their account and password in IQ, currently the screen displays the password for a short time before it turns to a dot. This could be easily seen by a student who would then have the teacher’s single-sign-on password that could give them access to other systems and documents – a potential security/ privacy issue. The password letters should not be viewable at all.

Provide smaller Keyboard or a keypad or gesture options so that teachers passwords are not exposed to students.

There is a setting to configure this in Settings> Security> Make passwords visible on SMART Boards with iQ 3.6 or newer.

Indeed this is a useful feature. there are 2 ways of doing it at this point. One is to do it manually on every single panel...
another is to make a workflow simulating each stroke or push on the screen... I tried both... on a MX v2 and v3.... a load of work....
in general I think the features in the MDM system is way to limited! -

Smart iQ system has a security setting that makes it possible to disable or enable the visibility when typing passwords on screen.
Controling this feature in the Admin portal and not only on screens would be a great feature. -
