1. Allow Basic Default Settings in Whiteboard to be Adjusted and Customized Permanently

   I'm a teacher in the School District of Philadelphia and I had a Smart Board installed in my classroom this year. I really want to use Lumio more but there are several features that I believe can be adjusted to make the lives of teachers a little easier. One of those features is to allow teachers' customized preferences to be set to default instead of constantly having to change them to suit our needs. For example, I highly dislike the thinnest pen setting, and I prefer the medium or larger tipped pen. But every time I open a new file I have to change my preferences again. Please allow us to choose a default setting in our personal accounts.

   Thanks for the feedback. We will consider customizable pen settings along with other toolbar settings to help improve the user experience.

2. Timers (not widgets) for Whiteboard/Lumio lessons

   I would like to be able to embed a timer (or multiple timers) on a Whiteboard page, which I can then start independently (each timer). I like using multiple timers (widgets) to drive instruction, but I have to pull each timer widget onto the Whiteboard each time.

   We are looking to add timer functionality to Lumio.

3. Magic Pen

   I would LOVE to see the Magic Pen on Whiteboard. More and more teachers are signing into the board and delivering their lessons through Whiteboard/Lumio but they miss Magic Pen. How great would it be to have the benefits of Magic Pen? Disappearing Ink, Spotlight, and Zoom!

   Thanks for your feedback. We are interested in supporting the benefits of Magic Pen. How would you expect this tool to work on student devices when the teacher uses it on the board?

   I would love to have a sticky note widget that could be used for standards and objectives.

5. Open more than one doc at a time

   It would be helpful to be able to have more than one Lumio doc open at a time. With Smart Notebook I could get ready for the whole day in the morning. That's not possible with Lumio because only one doc at a time can be open.
