In nursing we use a feature in testing called hot spots. The instructor can upload a picture of their choice and click on sections to create labels (like your label reveal game) for different sections of the photos. This is not too far off from the label reveal game you already have as an option, except instead of revealing a label, they have drag and drop the label out of an existing pool of choices (kind of like matching except with a picture).

They can have a bank of words to choose from and drag the words to the "hot spot" on the picture to match it to that spot.

Example: The teacher uploads a picture of a heart and labels the different chambers. The students see the picture and the blank spots that need to be labeled and can pull each choice from a word bank. Pull the right atrium up to the correct spot of the heart, etc.
