Make multiple slides ONE handout assignment.
When you go to the next slide with the down arrow, not making it so you have to re-enter it as a new handout.

This would make a HUGE difference for me. Sometimes I'm making 5-10 pages into a handout and wish I could select them all and select handout just once.
