Change Thumbnails
I'd like to have the ability to change the Thumbnails of lessons. Currently it shows whichever was the starting slide/activity/pdf, but I'd like to be able to change the thumbnail OR have the thumbnails update automatically and show the live first page.

Please! The thumbnails need to show the last edit. Otherwise it is very confusing.
