Ability to change the minimum HDMI standard remotely on HDMI inputs on MX boards.

Currently having to manually change the HDMI standard to 1.4 on each board across our estate (700 boards have been installed so far with another 500 + to go) following new installations due to issues with cabling. Laptops are unable to duplicate or extend their displays to the panels until this is done.

Ideally we could do this remotely going forward & undo the change once the cabling has been replaced by AV contractors.
