Smart Notebook player Issue
Hi, I have smart board 6065 v2. I am trying to use it without a computer and the pen is not able to write on the notebook canvas. It drags the whole canvas. How do I resolve this? Also, when I search for images it does not load. It loads videos only. I went to settings and then software to update it. It updated, installed, and restarted. Still, the problem persists. Kindly help.
