I miss the colors- it's harder to tell what things are. But it's not too steep of a learning curve to adjust to the new look.

It looks flatter, less in your face, but I'm not sure I am sold on it, especially for my grade 1 children I like the colours that were there before.

I think it is similar enough to the old toolbar that teachers won't freak out that it looks strikingly different which is important. I liked the ease with which you can access the new features.

I miss the colors and the students will too. The icons are great...just put the colors back please :o) -

The icons look very generic. I think the colors were more inviting. This looks basic-kind of like you are trying to save something...why? Some kids knew and related to what the icons were by the colors.

I prefer a bit more colorful bar. the icons are perfect.

The look is nice, but the monochromatic might make it difficult for the younger students that are using it. I do like the simplicity of the icons for the younger students.

At first look not the biggest fan, I prefer the older. I think the new toolbar is intended to use with younger students, all the fonts and the pictures seem like a typical cartoon's pictures.

It's different but I like the look. To me it feels cleaner and more crisp. Color is good but distracting. What's important is what's on the page. That should have the color. (OK, I think I'm in the minority here . . . don't boot me yet . . .)

I like that the icons are still in the same place.
The icons seem to be less crisp - to me they are slightly blurry.
I am ok with the change to colours as I go more with location now that I know where they are. When learning a new system, I do find the colour icons more helpful. -

I like the new Response and LAB icons. However, removing most of the color and changing the eraser will make it more difficult for teachers to find the tool that they need.

Less color made it more difficult for me to distinguish between the different icons. The older icons seemed to be clearer. For a "techier" person like me, it wouldn't take much to get acquainted with the changes. However, I could see it being difficult for the "less techie" teachers that I serve. They are finally learning the current toolbar!

I like color and inviting graphics. It looks like old video game icons. Yes the do the same thing, but if I'm going to be looking at this for a while, I prefer a softer feel.

What about different toolbars/different themes for different users? Just like the themes in Chromebook? This one looks more "senior" than the old one.

I don't like the new toolbar at all! The old one was so handsome, looking funny and perfect for students and teacher!
