  1. I am looking for the balloon pop interactive icon. I am getting upgraded to windows 10 and it's not working

    I want balloon pop back, I use it all the time in pre-k. It does not work on the newer 18.0 and windows 10

  3. SMART NB 15 Tutorial

    When you first open the NB 15 Beta software, there is a tutorial which is helpful. However, the tutorial is for 14.3 and back, and there is no tutorial for NB 15. This should definitely be included in the Beta version.

  4. Lack of images in the gallery

    Looking in the gallery, there are 1218 items yet the older versions have over 5200 images. What happened to the rest of them?

  6. A link to helpful videos in the Gallery Tab or under the Help Topic in Menu

    Since there are so many SEEs creating videos about using SMART NB as well as troubleshooting in SMART NB, I think it would be a great idea to add some kind of link to these video in the Gallery Tab. Many educators who use SMART NB and SMART Boards (as well as other SMART Technologies products) every day have no idea that these videos even exist. Perhaps a link to troubleshooting and/or other helpful videos could be added to the Gallery Tab or in the Help Section of the Menu?

    I can´t add names from a list I saved before when I want the wheel or hat to select student´s...
    But I could add those saved student names as a category for the sorting activity...

  9. Mask and Unmask your picture

    It is not possible to mask and unmask the pictures with their names in Czech language (from the gallery collection), but pictures with their names in English are OK.

  10. Compatibility with files in Notebook 11 to Notebook 15

    Hi !
    When I'm using a file made under Notebook 11 with Notebook 15, objects locked (I can the the lock) are no longer locked. They are moving if you touch them.
    You have to unlock and then lock again to get rid of that problem.

  11. Page recording and Split screen.

    Over all I like the new features, I had an issue with the sound on my mac using recorder feature. I think there is an issue with my mac and the sound I'd like to see split screen horizontally not just vertical side by side!

  12. Embedding videos instead of having them as an attachment

    I use Yakit to make things animated and I wish I could just embed the video in a notebook page instead of having them as an attachment

  14. Page recording

    I opened a file made in SNB 14, I had a page-recording activity on one page, there were Czech letters with accents. In the "video" these letters changed into symbols, so the words were unreadable. But the text on the page is OK.

  15. Working with Themes

    I created a new theme from a page. I used an image as the background and set the desired transparency. Whenever I open the notebook file to work on it, the transparency has been reset on all of my pages and I have to go back and reinstall the theme. This is really aggravating because I also have to go back and fix the font size on my titles.

  18. Available shapes in Concept Mapping

    As of right now, rectangles are available in Concept Mapping. It would be great if other shapes (circles, squares, triangles, polygons, etc.) could be added.

  19. Concept Mapping in NB 15

    I know there are new concept mapping features in NB 15 (similar to SMART Ideas), but I cannot find them. Where are they? It would be great if this was included in the tutorial.

  20. The option to hide and show SMART Floating Tools is grayed out in the SMART system menu.

    I am not able to hide or show the floating tools on my Mac.
