Allow assigning one license on a per user basis. Currently you have a pool of users in a pool of licenses so when one expires you have no idea which user needs to renew their license without searching emails.

Allow the removal or changing of the identity provider in SMART Admin Portal If the district/school that is using SMART Admin Portal ceases to use the service that was used for the initial identity service mapping, the user(s) will be unable to log in and activate Notebook. For instance, if the initial account login used Google and then Google services stop being used, there will not be a way for the user to authenticate.

Generate a usage report Generate a usage report on how much each provisioned user is using the subscription, so the Administration can see who isn't using the subscription, to help with adjustments of their seat counts. It is a common feature in other services.

export report of app data there is currently no way to export information about apps. would like to be able to generate a report that shows what apps are installed on devices, what version they are, usage, etc.

Browser history Since the Smart panels come with a chromium (android) browser that does not require an individual to log into a Google account, it would be nice to be able to see a detailed browser history within the RMC or admin portal.

add dates to posted suggestions Including the date these other suggestions were made so we can see if there has been an movement on implementing the change. I have previously made suggestions and have received no feedback as to whether they will be considered nor have I seen them implemented.

Display linked Google Group When using a G Suite/Workplace group to sync Smart Learning Suite subscriptions, I would find it helpful if the Google Group's name could be found within the SMART admin portal.

Manual Sync Google You can setup sync to Google for user base licenses but there is no manual sync that to update the system to get the end user the license right away. If you want to get the user a license right away you have to disconnect from Google Sync and then redo your information. There should be a manual Sync option.

SRM Push Google Play Store Updates Please add a feature that allows Admins to update apps installed to the board from the Google Play Store. Our current lisensure with Google does not include Play Store and therefore the users cannot update apps that we have pushed to the boards from SRM packages. We now have to wait for tickets to arrive telling us an app needs an update and then re-create the package and push it out to all the boards.

MDM Integration with Incident IQ Our district adopted Incident IQ as a ticketing and asset management system. Incident IQ already has integrations with several MDM providers (Google Admin Console, Intune, Filewave, Mosyle, Jamf) that allows those platforms to do things like create new assets within IIQ when they're created in the MDM, provide telemetry (IP address, last user, hardware specs, tags, etc.), disable devices, etc. Having integrations like this for SMART Remote Management would be a great help to our large district (3000+ SMART panels).

clear appdata/browser cache after inactivity Due to some security concerns we would like to request a function to clear browser cache or appdata after inactivity in the smartboards using the remote management portal.

Bulk edit power management settings for screen timeout and network We have over 150 smartboard 6000 Pro's and we have added all these to the smart management portal. smart.glbth.com. Here we don't have any way to edit the power timers remotely for all units.
We would like to change the settings for the turn screen off after"2 hours" and the go to energy saving mode after "disabled".
When looking at the device profiles none of these options are here to push to the units. This would be a lovely setting to have in the tools for us to be able to edit these vs logging in to each and every…1 vote -
When switching domains user data could transfer to the new domain. When schools or organizations switch from one domain to another uses data and lumio lessons can transfer over seamlessly.
