Our district adopted Incident IQ as a ticketing and asset management system. Incident IQ already has integrations with several MDM providers (Google Admin Console, Intune, Filewave, Mosyle, Jamf) that allows those platforms to do things like create new assets within IIQ when they're created in the MDM, provide telemetry (IP address, last user, hardware specs, tags, etc.), disable devices, etc. Having integrations like this for SMART Remote Management would be a great help to our large district (3000+ SMART panels).
