1. Display Software Users' Last Login Date

   I would like to view login data on licensed users. If users are not actively using SMART Notebook software, we would see it in the Software Portal by viewing their last login date. This would allow us to decrease the numbers of licenses we are paying for.

3. Addition of a MAC address column for the Device Listings page

   I think an addition of a MAC address column for the Device Listings page, it would make connections between MAC and Device name easier for debugging network issues across networks. Especially when generating .csv reports.

4. Schecule weekly reboot

   I would like to see a feature in the admin MDM portal that makes it possible to schecule weekly reboots of the screens, we see a lot of small errors on screens that can be solved by a simple reboot.
   If we could schecule weekly or daily reboots, lots of these smalle errors can be avoided

5. Listing all teachers

   At this moment the portal only lists teachers who have been added and are using an active subscription. It would be nice to have a listing of all teachers, even the ones who are using basic mode.

7. Wake On Lan improvements / remove required source device

   I would like to see fundamental changes to the WOL functionality.

   From the document “SMART Remote Management Device Management Guide,” I gather the following:
   "The WOL command that SMART Remote Management sends to the source device includes the target
   devices’ MAC addresses. The source device generates and sends a magic packet for each target device."
   When I look at the WOL graphic in the PDF, I conclude that, for example, I cannot remotely wake up a group of 30 panels that are all turned off because at least one panel must be turned on to wake up the other devices on the same network. Thats not very helpful for me.

   My request: Please let me wake up devices using standard WOL commands to wake up the MX panels from any device or server. Or please tell me how I can make it emulate that a wol command sent by the server is recognized as a command coming from a Source Smart device

   Background: We manage over 2,300 Smart Panels and would like to use our proven WOL scripts to wake up panels remotely and also perform updates during update-windows in holidays (though in 99% of cases, all panels are turned off during holidays, so we cant execute updates without doing onsite work). Please improve WOL and make it more flexible.

10. User Statistics

    I would like to be able to view the statistics of our users within the admin smart portal. We need this data to properly determine how well this product is being used by our users. Simply viewing the name, log in times or last logged in would be very helpful.

11. Collecting evidence of learning from SLS activities

    Hi,

    Many of my teachers are loving SLS and want to use it beyond just formative/diagnostic assessment. They understand that you can go back into individual lessons to see how students completed a graphic organizer, manipulative activity etc. Will there be a tool in SLS which can collect completed student work in one place. For many of my teachers, the work that students do in SLS demonstrates their understanding of concepts and it would be helpful if their was a place where those files (be it images, text) end up when teachers can easily access it for collecting data.

12. Admin controls for SMART Mirror

    Since Screen Share was deprecated we have no way to control settings for the new Mirror app, which means any settings need to be made on the boards themselves

13. Disable access to settings and remote access

    Teachers can disabled remote management and change settings like disabling Bluetooth on shared units.

    Having the option to lock these settings as well as others in the settings panel would be more then helpful. Allowing us to manage them remotely would even be better.

15. Option to require sign in

    Please could we have an option to require all users to sign in with their Lumio account before using built in iQ apps (browser, whiteboards, etc) and restrict sign in to certain domains (eg @school.org) to prevent students misuse

17. Bulk Enroll SMART Remote Management

    There is no way we can bulk enroll our SMART GX V1 panels into SMART Remote Management by serial number. It is very time-consuming to physically touch each panel to enroll.

20. Enable SHUTDOWN command for GX series via SMART Management Console

    The GX series currently does not support the SHUTDOWN command via the Management Console. The Reboot command works, but you cannot schedule a nightly shutdown via the Management Console - so as far as I know, you have to do it locally on a per-device basis.
    This severely limits our ability to control our organization's devices, and we would very much appreciate the function being added.
