RC-232C command to shut down the OPS properly.
A SMART board with OPS, running TeamWorks cannot shut down an OPS properly when using the RS-232C command. An OPS may show a blue screen upon restart.
Since OPS is an official SMART optional unit, it should work in conjunction with the SMART board and TeamWorks, please rectify the issue as soon as possible.

SMART Ink or Vector Graphic Implementation
We noticed quite a bit of lowering of resolution of PDF documents. When they are added in the Whiteboard. And during recap. This would help if you implement SMART Ink or Vector Graphic.

Offline Activation Streamline
It would be great if there is an option to have a similiar form for manual activations for Teamworks. Like what you have here for Notebook: https://www.smarttech.com/products/activation/

Disable The Windows Desktop through Kiosk Mode
The option to not show the Windows Desktop at all, when Teamworks is starting up after a reboot. As of right now becuase it sometimes takes awhile to start, it exposes the desktop. Reference case: 00395809

Undo button on Teamworks whiteboard
In Notebook and Meeting Pro platforms they both have an undo button. Would be nice to also have this available in TeamWorks. Used frequently for undoing sections of ink or moving an object.
