Display Usernames Instead of Unreadable IDs in Device Details
Currently, when viewing device details in SMART Remote Management (SRM), the signed-in users appear as long, unreadable alphanumeric IDs rather than clear, recognizable usernames. This makes it difficult to quickly identify who is logged into a device.
Proposed Improvement:
Display meaningful usernames or email addresses instead of cryptic user IDs.

Even displaying the email address associated with the user would be wonderful!
