  1. Be able to reset NFC ID Card

    We need to be able to reset ID cards (maybe from the admin console?). As teachers leave the district, many do not care to remove the ID card from their account or their account is terminated before we are able to. Also, we found a card in the hallway with no way to know who's it is. Our collection of unusable cards is rapidly growing.

    The SMART ID cards are designed to be managed using your organization's existing Google or Microsoft account management tools.


    A teacher can invalidate all NFC cards associated with their account by changing the Google or Microsoft account password associated with their SMART Account.


    Alternatively, admins can disable a departed user's account or change the account's password using their organization's existing Google Workspace or Microsoft Azure AD tools to invalidate all NFC cards associated with a particular user.
