Hi! I know that others have recommended this. I've mentioned it in the past as well. The Mac version needs to support 4K files!
At work, I use a PC. The files generated by SMART Notebook 23 and 24 do not load correctly in my Mac at home. This is because the Mac version of SMART Notebook does not seem to be 4K friendly.
I think this is a must-fix at this point. There must be thousands of other cross-platform users out there. This makes it impossible to use my home computer to edit any of my existing Notebook files. If you need some examples of how this is a limitation, I'm happy to provide screenshots or videos for your support team. Thank you!

Hi Dan, this work is underway. Apple does not make it as easy as Windows, and the work needed to implement this solution will take much longer. We are committed to offering this when we are able. Thank you for your patience.
