Notebook 17 closes when you open it.
Hello, today I installed Notebook 17 on my computer (we are a reseller of SMART) to test Notebook 17. It started up, but then it also closes (see picture). Message is: The evaluation period has expired. Thank you for the evaluation off the smart notebook software of Smart technologies. Then it closes. The same happened to a customer of ours... Now 16.2 has dissappeared , so what to do. Reinstall 16.2? I have a valid key, and the key is also activated for 17.0 what is the solution. Install it again/remove?
