Smart Capture Toolbar

That's weird I can't get the Screen Capture Toolbar to work. I can take a picture to the clipboard, but it will not allow a picture (that includes all captures) to be taken and sent to a notebook file. I have tried all possible scenarios. I have tried to close out and re-open Notebook, but it will not save to Notebook. On a MacOS Sierra platform. Next step I am going to reinstall the beta. Otherwise I am going back to 16.1 (I need that feature to do lesson plans this weekend).

    My SMART Capture Toolbar in 16.2 is working fine.

    The SMART Capture Toolbar is working back in 16.1 - so there is something wrong with the 16.2 beta.
