Work has begun on developing this feature. It is scheduled to be included in our summer iQ4 release.
To manage expectations, this first Lines/Arrows release will not include connectors on shapes, but that is forthcoming. We just need more time to build that functionality.

Hello SMART,
I fully support this statement. Communication with support is often difficult, and for the end customer, it's usually impossible to manage. Additionally, due to this lengthy process, a conference room can be unusable for several days. In one case, support took three weeks to reset the key. This is not something that can be reasonably offered to an end customer.
As a partner of SMART, we would like to see this feature reinstated, similar to how it was available in Meeting Pro. Implementing such a feature should not require significant effort to make it visible in the admin portal and perhaps even provide a reset option there.
