We are trying to upload pre-made Google Slides presentations into Lumio, but the files are fairly large. After waiting an extended period of time during the upload process, we consistently receive a pop-up error message stating: "Something went wrong." This issue is preventing us from using the platform as intended and is causing significant delays. We urgently need a solution or guidance to resolve this, as it’s impacting our workflow.
