  1. I am living in UAE and using SLS since last 3 years, would it be possible for those who are not living in US or UK, we need a reseller to renew our subscription why we cant pay directly using a visa card.

  3. I would like to see a feature in the admin MDM portal that makes it possible to schecule weekly reboots of the screens, we see a lot of small errors on screens that can be solved by a simple reboot.
    If we could schecule weekly or daily reboots, lots of these smalle errors can be avoided

  4. Hi,

    Many of my teachers are loving SLS and want to use it beyond just formative/diagnostic assessment. They understand that you can go back into individual lessons to see how students completed a graphic organizer, manipulative activity etc. Will there be a tool in SLS which can collect completed student work in one place. For many of my teachers, the work that students do in SLS demonstrates their understanding of concepts and it would be helpful if their was a place where those files (be it images, text) end up when teachers can easily access it for collecting data.

  6. How about including the date these other suggestions were made so we can see if there has been an movement on implementing the change. I have previously made suggestions and have received no feedback as to whether they will be considered nor have I seen them implemented.

  7. Currently you have a pool of users in a pool of licenses so when one expires you have no idea which user needs to renew their license without searching emails.

  8. When using a G Suite/Workplace group to sync Smart Learning Suite subscriptions, I would find it helpful if the Google Group's name could be found within the SMART admin portal.

  11. It would be great to be able to manage Organizations on the fly, rather than having to create upon license activation. In districts with 12+ buildings, and numerous different departments, the ability to add and remove organizations on the fly would be great.

  12. You can setup sync to Google for user base licenses but there is no manual sync that to update the system to get the end user the license right away. If you want to get the user a license right away you have to disconnect from Google Sync and then redo your information. There should be a manual Sync option.

If the district/school that is using SMART Admin Portal ceases to use the service that was used for the initial identity service mapping, the user(s) will be unable to log in and activate Notebook. For instance, if the initial account login used Google and then Google services stop being used, there will not be a way for the user to authenticate.

  16. I would like to view login data on licensed users. If users are not actively using SMART Notebook software, we would see it in the Software Portal by viewing their last login date. This would allow us to decrease the numbers of licenses we are paying for.

  17. At this moment the portal only lists teachers who have been added and are using an active subscription. It would be nice to have a listing of all teachers, even the ones who are using basic mode.
