The trial period on my Notebook 17 ended and now it won't open any of my Notebook files. I didn't purchase a subscription but I thought I would still have access to basic functionality of the software.

Please uninstall the beta version and install the full version of SMART Notebook 17.0 from here: https://education.smarttech.com/products/notebook/download.
