bug: pen orientation off when tapping toolbar
In versions 23 and 22, when I use the pen to tap a toolbar item, the horizontal location is off by an amount proportional to the horizontal distance from the center of the screen. In other words, it's fine when I tap items near the center of the toolbar, but if I tap items to the far left or far right, the tap target is off by an inch or two from where I'm actually tapping!
This doesn't occur with finger touches - only pen touches.
This doesn't occur on the screen in general - only on the SmartNotebook toolbar. If I move the toolbar to the bottom of the screen it still happens there (at the bottom), but the alignment is fine in the top where the toolbar used to be.
Re-orienting the screen and restarting the computer don't help.

Update: I realized today that this is probably a driver issue: the horizontal displacement problem occurs in ALL software except the SmartNotebook drawing area. I tested it in various other programs and saw the same behavior, including MS Paint. It appears that the driver treats the drawing area of SmartNotebook differently than everything else? I haven't rebooted in 5 days and the problem feels like it's getting more pronounced, so I'll reboot again and see if that helps at all.
