Extend page gone and Scroll bar has been taken out
Extend page is gone and Scroll bar has been taken out.
When you do full screen, they have removed the scroll feature on the left. So you can't even scroll down your page. It's odd because you can place items below the page but you just cannot see them. Why? please fix this, thank you!
Extend Page is now available in Notebook 23.1 SP1.
Improvements included with this addition:
- You can now Undo an extend page (in case you extend by accident).
- The page no longer truncates its length to the lowest object when moving to another page. Length will stay as defined so you can use that space when returning to the page.

You used to have "extend the page" on each slide. In the most recent version, I no longer see it. I miss it a lot! Please bring it back or let me know how I can change the settings to have it.

The shade feature is not like it used to be. Now, you can only touch it on the dimpled areas to move it. For ease, so you don't have to scroll down to look for the dimple as one is presenting, it would be great if it was as user friendly as before where you simply touch any part of the gray shade and you can move it.

Please add "extend page" back into Notebook for those that need it. Teaching math and physics, problems can go on for a while. Having to add pages and not being able to scroll back up to the beginning of the problem, makes teaching very difficult.

Ohne die Option "Seite erweitern" ist die Software in Schule nicht professionell einsetzbar. Bitte dringend wieder aktivieren!

When you update a program, it should be to make it better and add more features, not to take away useful features. Need extend page back. Bring back extend page and transparent screen for that matter.
Thank you.

Thank you for returning the Extend page & Scroll bar - these are critical features (education).

We have to have extend screen and the ability to scroll, so students can see what you're writing, and you can keep the notes high for them to read. It's miserable without it.

Bring back extended screen! Better yet, enable a feature that I can extend the screen in all directions!

This feature is used daily in class! Especially important to move bottom writing to top of page for students in the back half of the classroom to see. Please return it ASAP! Thank you.

I am very dissatisfied with the new update. All my favorite functions on gone *especially* the page extender. That functionality was one of the main reasons I preferred Smart Notebook over any other software. I might as well be using a free slideshow service at this point.

Please restore this feature! When I open previously created files with extended pages, they are now cut off to the default page size. My previous boards are now unusable and this is a huge problem.

Isnt the category "Notebook 18.0" at bit outdated? The comment and point is about Notebook 23.0

Absolutely!!! Totally critical function for me and my colleagues at my school. With this change (no "extend"-button) the satisfaction is massively reduced.

YES - please do not remove this feature. (For those viewing comments: You CAN still access Smart Notebook 22 by choosing the File Menu, and then choosing "Open in Smart Notebook 22." I fear that future "updates" may not allow for this feature. In Mathematics classes, we often need to extend the page to continue demonstrating a mathematics problem or procedure. Why this isn't an included feature is beyond me.

Es wäre auch wichtig, dass man das Seitenformat auf Hochformat ändern kann!

Extend page allows you to make notes on typed text, mind maps can be large, extension of thinking and explanations the list is endless as to why the page extension is needed. Only people that use it daily would understand the importance. Clearly whoever has written the software doesn't use it frequently in a teaching setting.
The other frustration is that all previous boards will need to be altered prior to the upgrade being done, otherwise old teaching that could be revisited, will no longer be useable. This will be a labor intensive task to go back over all boards and shorten all slides. -

It is crazy to have removed this, got lots of old work we can no longer view as the bottom has been cut off.

Upvoted - really need this feature back - why get rid of it? Make it an option if you want but please allow it.

I agree that losing this feature is a backward step. Many of the teachers in our school use this feature all the time.
