AGREE. This is ridiculous. I have used the product for years along with my smartboard. In fact, I convinced my school to purchase upgraded smartboards and the responder systems. Now the watermark is distraction and takes up space on the page.

Well I'm an actual teacher and I think it's the worst. It is distracting and I hate it. I asked if they could do anything for me and they told me to buy the software. That a 110 dollar price tag. Even with the discount I can't afford the 59 dollars price either. I only ask for it to be removed because of distance learning. it looks like I will have to use whiteboard that windows comes with instead of the smart notebook. I was actually told by Tier 3 support Qamar to get 11.4 (with it's security issues) or to take apart a smartboard controller and connect my computer to it to remove the watermark. Such insensitive people.
