allow user to change default ink settings for markers

Allow users to change the default settings to the markers, so when I pick up the marker, it will already be the thickness and color I want. This used to be an option on the older versions of smartboard.

    I had changed the defaults with my old SMART board and then received a new board and now realized I don't like the change I had made but I would have to connect my computer to an old board to reverse the change. I wonder why this setting would be removed. It's a problem!
