    If you can include the Notebook file, we can try to reproduce the problem and fix it for a future Notebook release.

    My name is Olivier Mireault and I am the test lead for SMART Notebook software.
    I would like to help you get to the bottom of the issues you are seeing with the Notebook 16.0 Tech Trials.
    We have included a new tool with Notebook that will gather important information from your system to help us diagnose this problem:
    On Mac: Click on Notebook and then Generate Diagnostic Data
    On Windows: Help and then Generate Diagnostic Data
