I finally found it in the Add ons - it was on my school Mac but not on my personal Mac. When I brought personal Mac to school, low and behold it appeared! :)

I did find it on my school Mac, but not on my home Mac. Very strange.

I also went to the Addons manager - it seems as if the Concept Mapping is enabled because the Disable button can be clicked. However, the concept mapping is still not appearing in the Add ons tab.

In the tutorial, I would expect to see the following listed: the new LAB, Concept Mapping, and Preferences specific to NB 15.

It did not take long to install on my Mac OS X 10.11.3. Definitely not more than 20 minutes but I did not time it exactly. Very easy to install. The one problem I found that happened in the beginning was that it automatically tried to install a bunch of different languages and it crashed in the middle of doing so.
