You can cover up answers with a shape (rectangle, etc). Click the "upload" button at the top. Where it says "Add online images, type in "white rectangle". As long as you do this after what you want to cover up, the rectangle will be able to cover your answer (it seems that the order you place things on your slides makes a difference as far as which object will be on top, etc. You can adjust the rectangle - either width or length. It takes a little bit of manipulating.
